Mariah Carey and The-Dream Being Sued For Stealing Music

These days in the music industry, it is becoming clear that no idea is original and everyone is finding a away to jump on the back of another.

A Bay area producer and song writer are claiming that Mariah Carey and The-Dream are guilty of stealing songs.

Along with a laundry list of other names, they are currently being sued for copyright infringement over the song “My Love”, which was featured on Dream’s second album Love Vs. Money.

According to the producer and writer, and listening to the tracks compared, it is a complete rip-off of what they originally created as they are claiming that an initial transaction for the song never came to fruition and they next heard the track being performed by the two singers.
