President and First Lady Obama traded in Beyonce’s “At Last” for something more upbeat for their first dance this time around. Singer and actress Jennifer Hudson was granted the honor of performing for the first couple during last night’s Commander-in-Chief Ball, marking their first dance of President Obama’s second term.
Mrs. Obama stunned in a glowing red Jason Wu gown, Jimmy Choo shoes, and her new haircut, while the President went for the classic suit with a white bow tie. See their cute first dance to Al Green‘s “Let’s Stay Together” below.
As for the Vice President and his wife Dr. Jill Biden (dressed in a blue Vera Wang gown), they had their first dance to the sounds of Ray Charles‘ “I Can’t Stop Loving You.”
Jamie Foxx (and accompanied by singer Lonny Bereal) sang serenaded the couple while showing off his piano skills.
Alicia Keys also performed last night at the Commander-in-Chief Ball. She presented the Obamas with a special gift as she sang “Obamas On Fire,” for the crowd.
